Theresa Moodie – Yoga Instructor & Wellness Coach

Yoga should be accessible to everyone, no matter what their current training regime looks like or what their current fitness levels are. My classes encourage individuals to challenge themselves within their own practice and reap the benefits of incorporating yoga into their existing lifestyle habits. Principles include technique, form, flexibility and most importantly the power of connecting with your breath.

By combining the psyche and the soma with regular guided Yoga practice, results become more tangible and far quicker.

Wellness coaching is a solutions focused approach to find new ways to inspire healthier lifestyle habits. I am able to provide support, education and encouragement to actively help you pursue and promote wellness that encourages you to realise your true potential in all aspects of your life.

I have been working in the health and wellness industry for over a decade. I am passionate about practicing the philosophy that a healthy mind is a healthy body. The partnership of Yoga with Wellness Coaching represents my unique blend of holistic, mind body awareness which enables my clients to make lifelong changes towards a healthier way of living.

When I am not working you will find me enjoying yoga classes in the park, practicing martial arts, learning to longboard and keeping fit.

I had the most incredible teacher training RYS 200hr from YogaLondon :  and could never have imagined my next destination would be teaching in magical Corsica.
