My classes encourage individuals to challenge themselves within their own practice and reap the benefits of incorporating yoga into their existing lifestyle habits. Principles include technique, form, flexibility and most importantly the power of connecting with your breath.

I have been working in the health and wellness industry for over a decade. I am passionate about practicing the philosophy that a healthy mind is a healthy body. The partnership of Yoga with Wellness Coaching represents my unique blend of holistic, mind body awareness which enables my clients to make lifelong changes towards a healthier way of living.
When I am not working you will find me enjoying yoga classes in the park, practicing martial arts, learning to longboard and keeping fit.
